I have to say the adjustment period is a bit painful, but that is to be expected with anything that is not made to your specific mouth. With a few cutouts here and there, the ZQuiet is a great fit. There is some sensitivity to eating and pressure but again, there is the adjustment period you have to go through. Very similar to as if you were to have gotten braces, but a lot less painful! Again, went into this as a skeptic, came out a believer!
